Mixing two colours worked effectively although I think these were too contrasty. Also it is pretty fragile as they aren't properly intwined together.
Although I used the same process for each of these with the water, because its done to chance they all come out different. The way I pour it, the amount of wax and the shape of the bowl are all effecting factors. Its just a trial and error thing really. Some come out nicer than others.
I did actually kind of like the more subtle ones, as it has more natural movement compared to some of the clusters.
I looked at blending different colours by putting spray paint on top of the wax. So rather than having one entier colour I was able to blend the colours. This also shows the movement of the water and the shapes through the tones. This resembles the human body [flesh] and also has a relationship to food in way. ( reminds me of tutti fruitie)
I'm not sure why but a lot of my art work tends to have tendencies of me wanting to eat them, maybe because of the colour of the material. its odd.
